PM Process

From user problem to measured launch

The four steps I run on every product, with a real result from my case studies.

1Discovery

Hear it from users

15+ calls with librarians and teachers shaped the redesign. In 8+ resume builder calls, one refrain: blank-page fatigue.

15+discovery calls for the redesign
2Validation

Test before building

Prototypes and expert review before engineering time. In Riverline, 3 AI judges had to approve every fly pattern.

98%of 500+ flies came out correct
3Prioritization

Decide and cut

Customers said 3 steps was their limit, so I cut from 5. Librarians said users don't trust AI, so the resume builder's AI is opt-in.

4Delivery + measurement

Ship and measure

Every launch answers one question. For the redesign: can learners get through onboarding?

The AI layer · what makes my process different

AI on every step, with a human check

I don't just ship AI features. I use AI to run the PM work itself, from prototype to insight, with review gates so quality never slips.

Rapid prototyping

Claude Design, Figma and Claude Code take an idea to a clickable prototype users can react to, before engineering time is spent. At work: 30+ prototypes of feature ideas.

Grounded research

Outside: AI-powered market analysis and competitor research. Inside: an adaptive AI persona panel for when we can't talk to users, built from real product, customer call and analytics data. Four PMs and an 8-person content team use it.

Agentic requirements

An agentic flow connected to Figma, Monday, Jira and Confluence writes stories and acceptance criteria, checked by AI quality gates and a human. Built to save the 3 senior PMs I work with writing and admin time.

Flows for my team

The de facto AI consultant for my team. I rework our flows and processes with AI to raise efficiency across the board.

AI-powered insights

I use AI to optimize our 9 key dashboards, and I lead a group of senior stakeholders through it. AI reads usage and customer feedback to decide the next improvement.
